Pasadena Church Wedding with Backyard Reception | Haik + Anahit

Haik and Anahit planned to get married in a Mexico destination wedding following a year-long engagement. However, the world had different ideas for them. Obviously cross-border travel was completely out of the question by the time their wedding date was rolling around in summer of 2020, but these two did not just want to postpone getting married to each other.

After a few rounds of plans, Haik and Anahit got married in their “Plan C” wedding at St. Leon Armenian Cathedral in Burbank. Afterwards, we took their portraits at the beautiful Pasadena City Hall and headed to their friends’ home in Woodland Hills for an intimate backyard reception (which was beautifully planned in just DAYS due to restaurants shutting down indoor business).

It was a beautiful day surrounded by some of the sweetest people, and I am so happy for these two!
